Subject: Dobson Data for 2006

Dobson data from Haute Provence is sparse due to instrument problems.  Data from Lauder, Samoa, and Perth are missing
at the beginning of the year as a result of an intercomparison in Melbourne, Australia. There were also some problems 
with both Lauder and Perth instruments later in the year (NH summer).  The instrument in Peru was compared with D065 
in Buenos Aires, and the data will need to be reprocessed.
