STN 174 (Lindenberg, Germany) Ozonesonde Update

Note: the WOUDC erroneously reported that STN174 (Lindenberg) was using ECC type ozonesondes
for the period 1975-1992.  Infact, the sonde type in use for this station is referred to 
(by the WOUDC) as a Brewer-GDR to denote the Brewer (German) OSE ozonesonde.

All files residing in the WOUDC archive directory OzoneSonde_1.0_1\STN174\ECC for years 1975 to
June 1992 have been updated to reflect this change.  A new sub-directory called Berwer-GDR
has now been created.  A total of 1240 files have been updated.

This change only affects the ozonesonde type (name), the data have not been changed.
